Welcome to Amoriah Wellness Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or receiving any of our mobile massage services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure professionalism, safety, and a high-quality experience for both clients and therapists.


1. Scope of Services

Amoriah Wellness Spa provides professional mobile massage services delivered at approved locations, including hotels, serviced apartments, Airbnbs, and private residences. All services are strictly therapeutic and wellness-focused.


2. Mandatory Pre-Booking & Payment Policy

  • All services must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-in or instant bookings.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled before or immediately upon arrival, as communicated during booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellation, no-show, incorrect address provided, or breach of these Terms of Service.

3. Client Information Requirements

To proceed with a booking, clients must provide:

  • Full legal name
  • Valid phone number
  • Exact service address (including hotel name and room number where applicable)

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in booking cancellation without refund.


4. Booking Hours & Availability

  • We do not accept bookings after 7:00 PM.
  • Late requests or attempts to extend services beyond approved hours may be declined at our discretion.

5. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Our therapists operate under a strict professional service policy:

  • Any requests that cross professional, ethical, or legal boundaries are strictly prohibited.
  • Our services are non-sexual and strictly therapeutic.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, language, or gestures will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • Clients who push back against these rules will have their booking declined or cancelled.

6. Intoxication Policy

  • Therapists reserve the right to decline or immediately terminate a session if a client appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in an unsafe manner.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. Safety & Monitoring Protocols

For the safety of our therapists and quality assurance:

  • Therapists share live location with our operations manager for the entire duration of the session.
  • Arrival and departure times are logged, with mandatory safety check-ins.
  • If a safety check-in is missed, we reserve the right to initiate emergency escalation procedures.

These measures are non-negotiable and are part of our duty of care.


8. Right to Decline or Terminate Service

Amoriah Wellness Spa reserves the right to:

  • Decline a booking before service begins
  • Terminate a session immediately
  • Blacklist clients from future bookings

This may occur if there is:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Safety concerns
  • Abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • False or misleading booking information

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, clean, and private environment for the service
  • Respecting the therapist’s time, safety, and professional boundaries
  • Ensuring pets, additional guests, or environmental hazards do not interfere with the session

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Amoriah Wellness Spa shall not be held liable for:

  • Conditions arising from undisclosed medical issues
  • Unsafe environments provided by the client
  • Loss or damage to personal items at the service location

Clients are encouraged to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to booking.


11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
